Arrábida Getaway

Three nights, four days, tucked into the Serra da Arrábida. The house faces the sea and a mountain rising straight out of it, the sun coming up from behind each morning. No cars are allowed down to the bay. What you hear is cicadas, birds, the sea, the wind. The beach is a short walk away.

Mornings start slow - coffee, the sunrise, feel-good movement outside while the air is still cool. After that, the day is ours: the beach, the water, good food, long conversations. One morning we'll get out on the water, kayaking. Evenings are for sitting around the table, wine in hand, knowing there's nowhere else to be.

We arrive together on Thursday and leave together on Sunday. Everything in between is just women, sun, and time that isn't rushing anywhere.

It's just 8 of us, staying in one of the most beautiful houses I've ever spent time in.
