Feel-good movement

Movement without a goal

A relaxed women-only movement session in Stoke Newington, East London, set to good music.

These classes are about moving your body because it feels good.

The sequences are simple and easy to follow. No spiritual talk, no Sanskrit pose names, no anatomy lessons. I won't correct your body or tell you how it should look. Your body, your rules.

The movement (even if yoga inspired) isn't one specific style. It's a mix of different ways of moving that feel good together.

We're not chasing peak poses or trying to "achieve" anything. We're just reminding our bodies that they enjoy moving.

I'll guide you through a flowy sequence set to good music. You can take it slow, make it spicy, or rest whenever you want.

Classes are 45 minutes, for every body, and women only. After class there's a little time to hang out, have tea, eat some chocolate and chat if you like.

Come move and have a genuinely good time.

Every Sunday, 11am–12pm, at The Old Fire Station, Stoke Newington.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.

No class on 14th June — back as normal on 21st June.
