In Good Company is a WhatsApp Group for women who live in Stoke Newington.

It started as a way to stay in touch between Sunday classes. Over time it became something more.

 

Now it's where we plan things together: theatre trips, dinners, sauna sessions, nights out, brunch, the odd pottery workshop. Sometimes it's planned weeks ahead. Sometimes someone sends a message on a Saturday afternoon, and an hour later a few of us are in the park with the kids, catching up while they play.

 

The group is for women who come to Feel-Good Movement classes, or who are invited by someone already in it. If you'd like to find your way in, the best place to start is on the mat on a Sunday morning.
