About the Event
I’m currently planning the next week away in Portugal for Spring 2027.
It will be a small group (around 8–12 women), staying somewhere beautiful and close to nature. Think sun, water, long meals, slow mornings, and time outside.
Each day has feel-good movement in the mornings, followed by a mix of planned activities - walks, music, shared meals, time outside, and small moments to connect. There’s one workshop during the week on bringing more joy into everyday life, naturally woven into our schedule. Everything is designed so you can fully enjoy the week together with other women.
