Slow Horizons

Sun 27 Sept

|

The Old Fire Station Community Centre

Sequence: a grounding flow with a lot of love for the lower back and hips. Expect to find space where there wasn't any, and to leave feeling quieter, longer, like yourself again. Playlist: emotional African vocals and traditional instruments blended with subtle modern textures.
